What is the difference between digital and analog TV?
The main difference between digital television and analog television lies in the high quality of the image and sound, the ability to view channels in high definition (HD). HD TV is a new television standard that provides much better picture quality than existing analog and digital TV standards. HD TV transmits video in the format of 16:9 at 1920x1080 and 1280x720 resolutions. It should be noted that standard television is a 4:3 format with a resolution of 720×576.
Do I need a special TV to watch digital TV or is it possible to use any?
No. Any TV is suitable for digital broadcast. The main requirement is that it has a standard antenna input or scart input, a low-frequency input with which a tuner is connected to the TV.
Can I connect the tuner myself?
As the process is quite simple and is similar to connecting a conventional VCR or DVD player, you should be able to do it yourself. The antenna cable from TV must be connected to the Cable IN input of the tuner, and the Cable OUT output of the tuner to the antenna input of the TV. The tuner can be connected to a TV via a conventional antenna input, scart input, bass input (tulips), S-Video input, etc.
Do I need to lay a separate cable in the apartment in order to connect digital TV?
If you are already our subscriber, then you do not need to lay a separate cable.
Can I connect multiple TVs to digital TV in one apartment?
Yes, you can. To do this, you need to purchase the number of set-top boxes in accordance with the number of TVs, then you can watch different channels on each of them.
How to find out the password from my Wi-Fi router in case if I forgot it?
To do this, just call our center (012 127) from the number that you left during registration.
How can I change the Wi-Fi password of my router?
There are two options: 1. We can provide contacts of a partner company, which is able to help you with this; 2. You will need to call an IT specialist.
The Wi-Fi router is broken. Will I have to pay for the master’s work when connecting a new router?
No, KATV1 provides service support to its subscribers free of charge both for the first time and for reconnection of the router.
Not a single channel shows, what should I do?
Check if the cable connector from the TV is disconnected, if the cable is damaged, perhaps someone in the family has knocked down the initial setting of the TV. If everything is in order, call our center at (012) 127.
How will I know if new channels are available?

No.
If I have not used the Internet for half a month, will I need to pay the full tariff or the amount for half a month upon activation?
If the Internet is activated before the 16th of the month, you will need to pay the full tariff, if after the 16th - then half.
I got disconnected because of non-payment. What are the conditions for reconnection?
If you have been disconnected for non-payment of your cable TV service, then you must pay the amount owed, plus the amount for the current month.
